1、UPS switch maintenance bypass operation method
(1) Switching to the maintenance bypass power supply operation.
① switch the UPS to Static bypass
②Close the maintenance switch SWMB
③Unplug the module to be repaired and place it for 5 minutes to be discharged for repair
(2) Restore the utility inverter after the repair is completed.
① Switch the UPS to Static bypass
② Disconnect the maintenance switch SWMB, need to ensure that the UPS has no abnormal alarms.
③ switch the UPS to the main inverter power supply
2. How to hot-swap the power modules of modular UPS
(1) Procedure for unplugging power modules
① Turn the module ready switch to the OFF position first
②Pull out the module, and slow down the speed of pulling out when the module is half pulled out
③When the module lock appears near the exit, press down the module lock by hand and pull out the module at the same time
(2) Steps for inserting modules
①Turn the module ready switch to OFF position first
②Push the module into the slot slowly and evenly until it reaches the bottom and can no longer be pushed in.
③Turn the module ready switch to the ON position
④Lock the screws at the module lugs
Note: Before pushing the module into the cabinet, you need to check the module ready switch and push it into the cabinet only when it is in the OFF position.
3. Module replacement method-MDU
The display module maintenance steps are as follows：
1 Operate the LCD display to manually turn off the inverter so that the UPS turns to bypass power.
2: Close the maintenance bypass switch to turn the UPS to maintenance bypass power.
3 Export the monitoring configuration and store it on a USB flash drive.
4 Pull out the communication cable of the display module, loosen the fixing screw to replace the display module and reconnect the communication cable.
5: Import the configuration via USB flash drive
6 Disconnect the maintenance bypass and bypass power to the system. Manually turn on the inverter, UPS to inverter power supply. The system resumes power supply.
Caution：
Whether the program version of the MDU before and after replacement is consistent, if the version is not consistent, you need to pay attention to the compatibility with the existing system running program
