Hi there.


The problem I have is to open ports.

By configuring the server on the router as DMZ the ports are not open, it rejects the connections.

It doesn't work configuring port mapping either, the result is the same.

Attached screenshots of the settings.

Is it a router or configuration problem?

How can I solve that?

hello， from your provided screenshot can confirm the configuration no problem ，
but need further confirm the IP address your ISP provide you is the public IP or the ISP them own internal IP.
