Open port forwarding 44158 but still closed when check with https://portchecker.co/

port forward setting

Please help me. My helium hotspot is still relayed because of this. I'm using EchoLife EG8145V5. the picture i used ip to my 2nd router. but i also tried directly to my pc. and still shows closed

Hi, dear!

You need to set Application to UDP or TCP.

You are advised not to set External source port number. If you set External source port number, only the configured port number can access services.


If the service still cannot be accessed after the modification, the following situations may occur:


1. The service is not allowed to be accessed.

2. The accessed packets are not authorized by the Internet.

3. The firewall does not forward packets.

Already tried with UDP or TCP. but nothing. And i never set the external source. already contact with ISP but they not blocking anything. they said can open port with router setting.

Can you outline what you need to do through port forwarding?
The port forwarding function maps the port of the intranet service to the idle port of the ONT. You can access the idle port of the ONT from the extranet. Then, the ONT redirects the access request to the mapped service on the intranet.

first i tried with both router. both enabled for 44158 port. but failed. the tried with 1 router. also the
same. does something blocking?
