OPEN CHANNEL failed on E3372

Hello,


I can't execute an OPEN CHANNEL proactive command from the SIM card on the Huawei E3372 usb key.


I get the error 0x20: Terminal currently unable to process command; No specific cause can be given;


Open Channel Specification ETSI 102223 : https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/102200_102299/102223/15.03.00_60/ts_102223v150300p.pdf


The card works on all other modems except the Huawei E3372.

Are there any specific parameters to use for the OPEN CHANNEL command?
