A customer wants to know the firmware of onu can support and fix bug? Such as: increase the WiFi range, stable and higher power, security, and timer ... , pls help

Please send over your OLT version, ONT type, ONT version details and your ONT bug details to our Huawei support.

Our Huawei support engineers will help you confirm which version is compatible with your OLT and your hardware.

Please provide your contract number to them and they will help you apply for the ONT version.
