Hi, dear! I have two ONTs. The WAN configuration is issued through the MA5600. The two ONTs obtain one WAN IP address. However, the ONT WAN IP address cannot be pinged. I've sent you the details. Please tell me what to do. Thanks!

Hello, friend!


After viewing the information provided by you, we find that the ONT WAN has an IP address, but cannot receive the ARP response from the gateway.Error found in configuration information, run the following command to modify the configuration:


mac-address max-mac-count service-port 5506 1

mac-address max-mac-count service-port 5569 1


After the modification, the problem should be solved.
