Hi, we are facing ONT MA5226 failure issue, some need to manually restart it after running a certain period time, some ONT board spoilt (burnt). The failure rate is very high. Can anyone please advise on the possible causes? Thanks in advance.

hi, HUAWEI do not have a such ONT type , please provide your correct device type ,version , usage scenario and feedback to TAC for troubleshooting .Thanks !
