ONT MA5226 Not Stable!

Hi, we are facing ONT MA5226 failure issue, some need to manually restart it after running a certain period time, some ONT board spoilt (burnt). The failure rate is very high. Can anyone please advise on the possible causes? Thanks in advance.

Hi! Do the ONT frequently restart or is the ONT CPU usage too high? 

I recommend upgrading the firmware first to check if the issue can be solved or not. If it still cannot, we suggest you to communicate with our HUAWEI TAC support: https://e.huawei.com/en/service-hotline-query.

hi, HUAWEI do not have a such ONT type , please provide your correct device type ,version , usage scenario and feedback to TAC for troubleshooting .Thanks !
