ONT is getting Deactivate...

ONT is getting Deactivate even after reaching operational state.

I have mamaged to configure a third party ONT to my OLT,and i am able to receive and send receive and send response from my ONT.The problem is my ONT is getting deactivated after some time(it's getting DEACTIVATE_ONU_ID PLOAM message from the OLT).its toggling between O2 and O5.

hi, huawei OLT sales oversea by default doesn't support third vendor ONT , suggest you contact with local representative office confirm the sales rules in your country ,huawei OLT in some country do not allow third vendor ONT , some country can sales customer license to allow other vendor ONT, Thanks.

Hi,
Is it really the interoperability issue that makes the OLT to deactivate the ONT.because my ONT reached till O5 and stayed there for 10 minutes.

I think it is the cause of the interworking file. If the communication authorization is obtained, the communication fails.

Need a contact point in the UK region from whom i can obtain the necessary configurations for adding third party ONT.
