Problem description:
EG8247H - V3R018C00S112
U2000B - V100R008C00SPC300.
Having problem with ONT IP address conflicting with same network segment as that of the WAN port. The problem is when try to change the LAN Ip Address after provisioning it.
Solution:
We can’t set LAN IP config in U2000 version V100R008C00SPC300 as its too old and EOS. It do not support configure LAN IP. Advised to upgrade the U2000 version, I will recommend you V200R017C60CP2011 the latest version we have. This version support WANIP. It won’t conflict with other IP as you received the error on ONT.
Also in order to set WAN IP or LAN IP you can do them from VAS profile.
