I have looked at this problem carefully.

First, the problem is not directly related to the device version.

According to your description and screenshots, it is preliminarily determined that the VAS template node is incorrect, or you manually add related content, VAS profiles cannot be delivered.

You are advised to re-apply the template using U2000 or NCE after confirming the node.
