ONT firmware upgrade through web interface Highlighted

Hello, everyone!

Today, I will show you the detailed procedure for ONT firmware upgrade through the web interface. For example, I will use ONT HG8247H5.

For log in we use:

IP address: 192.168.100.1/24
username: telecomadmin
password: XXXXX

In the next picture, we can see the current software version: V3R017C10S125 (Status – Device Information – Software Version):

For upgrade ONT, we use the next steps: System Tools – Firmware Upgrade, and after that, with Browse button we put .bin file for firmware upgrade. These steps we can see in the next picture.

After finished the process, we have to restart the device. We will it with Restart button, like in the next picture:

And the end, we have to log in again, and we can check the software version (picture below). Now, the software version is V3R018C10S115.
