ONT EG8145V5 - PROBLEM

Hello guys,


I have an ONT restoring randomly without anyone doing it, I have disabled all access to this ONT as http, telnet, ssh, etc.


I configure it and between few hours it restore automaticaly.


The log is in user log:


2021-08-26 04:35 [Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:10451a,AlarmLevel:Error,Default configuration file restoration starts. Terminal:KEY

2021-08-26 04:35 [Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:10451c,AlarmLevel:Error,Default configuration file restoration successful. Terminal:KEY

2021-08-26 04:35 [Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: [0], Terminal:OTHER


Does Someone could help me about this?

Hi friend.


The 104001 alarm code is usually reset due to a power supply problem to the equipment environment. You can check whether the power supply of the device meets the power consumption requirements of the device.

In addition, I see that users who have the same problem as yours have taken the following steps to solve the problem. Maybe you can try it again:

  1. Power off the device.

  2. Unplug all Ethernet and fiber cables.

  3. Re-equipment

  4. Plugin the cables one by one.

  5. After all cables are connected, the equipment starts to work normally.
