ONT EG8145V5 Not Working After Update

Hi there.


I have a problem with one ONT EG8145V5.

One of my colleagues loaded a firmware that caused it to not work properly.

It was using V5R019C00S050 and the new was V5R019C00S050.

I lost the interface access but I have through CLI. It says that the previous firmware is in standby mode.

Is there a way to activate it?

V5R019C00 version no rollback command，if the ONT you purchase from huawei or reseller ，can apply the ONT software from huawei support below link ， if no privilege ，please register your device ESN , or contact with huawei TAC for help

    please download version firmware from huawei support ，from forums or other website cannot ensure the firmware can be use ，same type ONT different customized version firmware cannot upgrade each other .


    if need rollback the old version , please contact your provider provide you the old version firmware , and load it from webpage or CLI again .
