Problem

There is a PC that has been unable to connect to a certain wifi, but it is normal to connect to other wifi, so you can eliminate hardware problems.
Root Cause
==========
we checked the configuration and found you configuration load-balance under rrm-profile name default
When the link delay to large, we suggest don’t configuration this, because if link delay too large, some packet need more time to PC, but this PC is more sensitive.
when the packet came late, the PC think packet was lost. The PC will send the request message again without waiting for a reply. So cannot connect .

smart-roam enbale
sta-load-balance dynamic enable
sta-load-balance dynamic start-threshold 20
Undo sta-load-balance dynamic enable
Then check that the PC can connect to wifi normally
