[Problem Description] :
only one PC cannot connect WIFI
[Problem Analysis]
Check RSSI and CU values, everything is normal ，By pinging different APs, We can confirm that the link delay between the problem AP and the AC that the computer cannot connect is very large.(ping other AP and other group is fine )
Then we checked the configuration and found you configuration load-balance under rrm-profile name default
When the link delay to large, we suggest don’t configuration this, because if link delay too large, some packet need more time to PC, but this PC is more sensitive.
when the packet came late, the PC think packet was lost. The PC will send the request message again without waiting for a reply. So cannot connect .
