[Problem Description] :

only one PC cannot connect WIFI

[Problem Analysis]

Check RSSI and CU values, everything is normal ,By pinging different APs, We can confirm that the  link delay between the problem AP and the AC that the computer cannot connect is very large.(ping other AP and other group is fine )

only one PC cannot connect WIFI-2786207-1only one PC cannot connect WIFI-2786207-2only one PC cannot connect WIFI-2786207-3

Then we checked the configuration and found you configuration load-balance under rrm-profile name default

When the link delay to large, we suggest dont configuration this, because if link delay too large, some packet need more time to PC, but this PC is more sensitive.

when the packet came late, the PC think packet was lost. The PC will send the request message again without waiting for a reply. So cannot connect .

[Root Cause]

Link delay too large

only one PC cannot connect WIFI-2786207-4

[Solution Description]

rrm-profile name default

smart-roam enbale

sta-load-balance dynamic enable

sta-load-balance dynamic start-threshold 20

The undo sta-load-balance dynamic enable command disables the dynamic load balancing function.
By default, the dynamic load balancing function is disabled.
Static load balancing limits the maximum number of AP radios to 16 and allows only radios on the same frequency band to join a load balancing group. Additionally, a load balancing group needs to be manually specified. Dynamic load balancing overcomes the limitations of static load balancing.
In dynamic load balancing mode, a STA sends a broadcast Probe Request frame to scan available APs. The APs that receive the Probe Request frame all report the STA information to the AC. The AC adds these APs to a load balancing group, and then uses a load balancing algorithm to determine whether to allow access from the STA.
