This post describes one possible reason why you can only view four panes.
【Problem Description】：
The customer can only preview 4 panes when he checks the recording video.
Product type: VCN520.
Check mode: View locally via HDMI.
【Problem Analysis】：
1. We checked the document and found when we used LDU to show the recording, we could preview 4 panes at the most.
2. If we used the IVS client, we could preview more.
【Root Cause】：
This is a product specification limit.
【Solution Description】：
We provided the product documentation to the customer and explained the specification to him.
