[Issue]
- Only Blocked URLs are showingin url logs , and you need to see all allowed URLs as well.
[Analysis]
- We checked the diagnostics / configuration and policies .
- it is Configured policy for the usrl filtering and attached the url profile ( social media to it )
- We checked the URL logs and only the Blocked URL logs is shown :
- When we try to check for allowed nothing appear :
[Root cause ]
The FW generates a URL log for URL category with the action of alert or block only in the URL filtering profile.
So As you have URL profile with url category , only the alert and block url will be appear in the URL log .
[Solution ]
- Allowed URL from URL category will not appear in the URL logs , If spacified whitelest URL this will appear as allowed URL .
