once files are in chat, and after the user goes offline and online again so the Record is no longer arranged

In eSpace Desktop

During the session and both of user are online
when user A send files and messages to user B
and when they want t view the record , they find the normal arrang record of messages and files
but when any side go offline and online again and want to view the record , he find that all messages gathering together and all files gathering together

yes @peter64 i think its something related to the synchronization between both the espace desktop and the eserver

Re-check the time on eSpace client Desktop and Server, might be time difference.
