Scenario : On-premises: Conference Creation Fails on the UI or WebUI, and a Message Is Displayed Indicating that the Authentication Password Fails to Be Registered
Method introduction & Solution
Conference Creation Fails on the UI or WebUI, and a Message Is Displayed Indicating that the Registration Password Authentication Fails or the SIP Conference Service Number Is Incorrect
Possible Causes
The conference networking mode does not match.
Handling Procedure:
1. Log in to the web system, choose System Settings > Conference Parameters > Advanced > Networking Mode, and check whether SMC is selected for the on-premises scenario.
2. If SMC is not selected, select SMC, save the settings, and try again.
Set the networking mode to SMC for the corporate office (internal network).
Set Networking Mode to Uportal for WeLink cloud (HUAWEI CLOUD/Public Cloud).
On-premises, set the network mode to SMC.
