Possible reasons for

The OMU utility resource exception may be related to the operating system turning on the NTP service.

Processing steps

Step 1 login omu server, execute omustatus to check whether omu process status is abnormal;

Step 2 to obtain the utility module log, log path: / opt/HUAWEI/CGP/workshop/omu/share/run_log/omu/utility

Step 3 search the log for the keyword "init" or "NTP" to see if there is any printing that fails to initialize;

Step 4 stop the NTP service of the operating system to recover;

The OMU platform of USM has its own NTP service, which is incompatible with the NTP service of the operating system. During the installation of OMU, 

USM will automatically shut down the NTP service of the operating system.
