OMU portal shows VCN1, VCN3 is offline

After VCN1, VCN2 and VCN3 are clustered, domain master

VCN1 is disconnected and switched to domain slave.

When VCN1 is restored, OMU portal shows that VCN1 and VCN3 are offline.

The following information can help you.

As the active/standby switchover of the cluster requires time synchronization data, if time adjustment is performed, there may be unexpected problems in the cluster relationship due to different data.
 
You need to perform the VCN initialization to reorganize the cluster.
