OMU Portal Is Abnormally Displayed

Symptom

Log in to the OMU portal corresponding to the server. The portal is abnormally displayed when operations are normal, as shown in .

Possible Cause

The browser cache is fully occupied, resulting in abnormal display of pages.

Solution

1. 1-Go to Internet Options of the browser.
2. 2-Click the General tab.
3. 3-Click Delete to clean up browser cache, as shown in Figure 1.

4. 4-Click OK.
5. 5-Restart the browser and log in to the OMU portal again.
6. Check whether the fault is rectified when the browser is restarted.
