Symptom:
On the third-party server, partition the cabinet number and install the operating system. Then, install the eOMC software. The system prompts you to install the setcap common component. After the installation is complete, log in to the server and install the eOMC software. The system still prompts you to install the setcap common component.

The possible causes are as follows:
If the setcap tool fails to be installed for the first time, the possible cause is that a third-party server is used onsite, which is different from the standard server environment.
Troubleshooting procedure:
Confirm with onsite engineers that the setcap program has been successfully installed. Check the configuration file /boot/grub/menu.lst. It is found that the server does not use GRUB as the system boot.
Instruct the onsite engineer to enter the YaST control center and choose System > Boot Loader.

On the Bootstrap Installer tab page, replace the boot program with GRUB, press F10, save the settings, and restart the server.

Restart the eOMC installation tool. The setcap is successfully installed.
Suggestions and summary:
When a third-party server is used, check the environment differences between the third-party server and the standard server.
