can we report OLT processes on NCE and this reports are sent user via e-mail

Hi there！
Currently, NCE can send alarms or abnormal performance events to users only through the message function. The card occupancy rate that you talking about,  it does not support this feature.

You need to configure remote notification templates for alarms or performance events that you want.
