Hi dears, How are you? I hope be fine!

I have an OLT MA5608T that is rebooting without stopping. When analyzing the logs, I noticed the following message:

Testing Flash memory...

There is no available program or data, reload your system......

I believe it is the lack of a file in the flash memory. Can you help me?

Hello, friend!

About the problem you described.

If the problem is caused by incorrect configuration or system, you can only solve the problem by re-importing the database file.

1. Import the database file using the U2000.

On the U2000, check whether the backup data exists. If yes, import the data file to the database and restart the device.

If the database file is not backed up, apply for an empty database file from the device provider. The version of the database file must be the same as that of the device. After the empty database file is imported, the device configuration is lost. In this case, you need to reconfigure the OLT MA5608T according to the new device.

2. Import the database file in BIOS mode.

Similar to importing an empty database file to the U2000, the database file version must be the same as the device version and the device needs to be configured again.

If the fault persists, the hardware may be faulty, You are advised to contact the device provider for a solution.

Thank you.
