i m getting these alarms in Huawei OLT MA5608T

  EVENT NAME :The system log database will be full

Hello, friend!


The system logs include operation logs and security logs. When the number of operation logs reaches 500, the system generates this event. When the number of security logs reaches about 230 (256 x 0.9), the system generates this event.


It is recommended that you back up your logs. After the backup, check whether the alarm persists.


This event does not affect the system.

Hi,

we are keeping logs at Syslog server and we store logs there at some database.

please guide how we can clear the logs without backing up.

Hi, dear!
In privilege mode or global config mode, run the diagnose command to enter diagnosis mode.
You can delete all logs by running the reset stp log command.
