Hi, team.

PRODUCT: OLT MA5600T ver. V800R016C00 SPH103.

Hi, friend.

Can you describe your problem in more detail?

The possible cause is that the MA5600T of an earlier version is incompatible with the OpenSSH/SFTP encryption algorithm. This may be related to the configuration on NCE. You can perform the following steps to check the configuration:

  1. Open the Network Management app and choose System > Settings > FTP Account Management from the main menu.

  2. On the FTP Account Configuration tab page, right-click Default Local FTP Account and choose Test from the shortcut menu. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Test FTP to check whether the FTP service is started.

  3. Open the Network Management app and choose System > Settings > Configuration Item Management from the main menu.

  4. In the Configuration Item Management dialog box, click Filter. In the dialog box that is displayed, set Configuration Item to DCT_SFTP_SWITCH and click OK.

  5. Double-click the configuration item. In the dialog box that is displayed, change the value of the configuration item to 0.

  6. Log in to the NCE management plane and restart AccessNeMgrService.

  7. Changed the protocol used by the DC NE software management to FTP.
    i. Open the Network Management app and choose Maintenance > NE Software Management > NE Transport Protocol Settings from the main menu.
ii. Change the device protocol to FTP.
