OLT configures vlan as in-band network management, but the configured vlan IP cannot be pinged

Configured the IP of the vlan according to the user manual, and found that the set IP address could not be pinged in the command line configuration interface of the device.

code show as below:

vlan 1000 standard
port vlan 1000 0/9 0
interface vlanif 1000
ip address 10.50.1.10 255.255.255.0

I understand it as a switch, and ping the following with an IP.
Then, if SDH and Layer 2 switches are used in the middle, can the OLT and the network management server be connected in the same network segment?
