OLT cannot learn MAC addresses

Hi,

I have a problem. I tried to add a new site on the MDU, but it failed to appear. We found that the OLT failed to learn the MAC address and other services were not affected. Can you tell me why?  The OLT model is EA5800. Thanks.

It is normal that the standby OLT cannot learn the MAC address. 

Try to learn MAC addresses on the active OLT.

Configure type C dual-homing for the MDU on the OLT. In normal cases, only the active OLT can learn the MAC address.
MAC addresses can be learned on the standby OLT only after a type C dual-homing active/standby switchover is performed.
