OIDs for xDSL statistics? MA5600 series

I've requested the MIB files from our partner but they aren't being helpful, they don't know what i'm talking about and refuse to assist me any further


Essentially what I need to find are the OID's for VDSL port statistics s such as sync speed, SNR, attenuation, up/down status, uptime etc

Is anyone able to help?

For fixed access products in HUAWEI, the MIB OID will not share with the public , if you want to create third-party tools to monitor the OLT parameter, you need to ask the provider request thought the HUAWEI RM process.

Our partner has not given us the MIB files and we've asked and they say they don't know what we are talking about and just provide manuals, not the .mib
If they can't provide it, and your forum won't, how can I get help? I need the OID's otherwise I can't monitor it. We have 50+ MA5616's out there and we need to monitor these stats instead of logging into them and checking manually

OK, please call Huawei's after-sales service hotline and provide contract information, the operator will help you link the engineer.

Ok I just called Huawei enterprise support, they can't help me without a contract number, we don't have a contract directly with Huawei and they've said to contact our partner, but once again our partner is not helping us. I've once again emailed them to see if I can get any further with attaining the MIB files

If they can't provide me anything, and I don't have a contract with Huawei, is there any other way I can attain them?

Sorry, MIB files are not open to the public. You can solve the problem only through the device supplier. Because you purchase devices from the supplier, the supplier is responsible for ensuring the normal running of the device.
