You need to configure Internet Explorer Security Settings to Prevent the OCX Plug-in Installation Reminder from Being Blocked
Method introduction & Solution
Use Internet Explorer 11 as an example. Click Icon setting in the upper right corner of Internet Explorer.
Choose Internet Options > Security > Custom level.
The Security Setting-Intranet Zone tab page is displayed.
On the Security Setting-Intranet Zone tab page, enable the items listed in user ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
Click OK.
When the message Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone? is displayed, click Yes.
Click OK.
