OCX Control Fails to Be Initialized

Step 1 Check the configuration file espacemedia.ini in the OCX control installation directory.
The OCX control installation directories are as follows:
ESpaceMediaTerminal.html: C:\ProgramFiles\Huawei\eSpaceMedia\Terminal\espacemedia.ini
ESpaceMediaTeller.html: C:\Program Files\Huawei\eSpaceMedia\Teller\espacemedia.ini
QuickTeller: C:\Program Files\Huawei\QuickTeller\Lib\espacemedia.ini
Check espacemedia.ini for MccServerIP and MccServerPort. The values of MccServerIP and MccServerPort must be the IP address and port number of the MCC server respectively.
Step 2 Attempt to access eSpace MCC UniPortal.
If eSpace MCC UniPortal is inaccessible, the MCC server is not started. Restart the MCC service.
Step 3 Open the ESpaceMediaTerminal.html page again and check whether the OCX control initialization failure event is still displayed.
