Dear team,


In Euler Linux OS, I’m facing persistent ping-able issue when doing with the OceanStor 9000 installation, and it crashes automatically.

Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks.

Hi Axe,

This is maybe the package compatibility issue, you’re kindly suggested to download and reinstall the Linux.

Euler download link:

https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/software/23226384-ESW2000066719

deploy 9000 V300R006C20SPC300,  install OceanStor 9000 hot patch for the storage cluster.
