Issue Description

OceanStor S5500T in alarm tab show "The error code is (11). These error is related to internal PCIe ports, are faulty and can affect the host interfaces.

The alarm is a Major one and have ID 0xe02040004.

Handling Process
First is to collect the logs and check the Event file:

Raised  Local Time    Alarm ID    Alarm Level    Recovered Local Time    Description    Suggestion:

2015-09-23 04:40    0xe02040004    Major    None    The controller (controller 0, controller A) is faulty. The error code is (11).    Step 1 Contact technical support engineers for further handling.

In order to solve this issue, you have to replace the faulty controller.
Root Cause
Root cause of this issue is hardware faulty.Solution
Replace the faulty controller.
