Problem Description
While switching the iManager U2000 server from primary to secondary by using the Msuite iManager an error message displayed, like this "cannot obtain the disk array check results"
Handling Process
Upon review and troubleshooting on the primary server and Secondary server , we found the following:
1. The OceanStor storage was not reachable by SSH
2. The Storage password couldn’t login.
Root Cause
The storage password was not accessible;
The storage was not activated and this can affect the server switching from Primary to Secondary.
Solution
The following were done to recover the password and activate the storage:
1. Reset the storage password for both servers;
2. Activate the storage for both servers
Suggestion and Summary
The following should be taken into consideration when operating the manual server switchover.
1. Proper Switching procedure should be followed: Refer to OceanStor unified storage Product maintenance.

b. Activate the storage:
Use the following command: # cd /opt/oss/engr/engineering/ha_review/canfig_array.sh
