Similarities: The Dorado V3 series and OceanStor F V5 series are Huawei all-flash arrays. They give full play to the flash and are optimized for SSDs to obtain premium performance and solid reliability. Compared with traditional hybrid storage, they provide better performance and lower TCO.

Differences: The main application scenarios are different.

Dorado V3 series are more suitable for critical Tier 0 and Tier 1 enterprise services that are sensitive to latency and have high performance requirements. Dorado V3 series provide outstanding performance and ultimate low TCO thanks to the FlashLink technology and other key technologies such as snapshot without performance compromise and inline deduplication and compression.

F V5 series all-flash arrays are more suitable for scenarios where service and load types are diversified (for example, block and file applications are required at the same time) and the requirements for expansion capability (maximum number of hard disks and maximum capacity) are high.
