Hi, LinusLai!

The failure cause of the first figure is as follows - the Deduplication and Compression feature is selected by default when a default type LUN is created. However, the device does not purchase the deduplication and compression license. As a result, the creation fails. You can do as follows:

1. Create a scenario without deduplication and compression and create LUNs in this scenario.

2. Create an LUN after purchasing a license for Deduplication and Compression.

I also found the solution to my own problem. It was the license file that need to be loaded. The license file is available from the same download page. I wasn't aware till now.
