Step1 Check whether any coffer disk is removed.
1.1 If yes, insert a coffer disk. The newly inserted coffer disk must be of the same capacity and type as other existing coffer disks. If alarm Coffer Disk Is Faulty persists=>[Step2].
1.2 If no=>[Step2].
Step2 Check whether alarms are generated indicating disk faults.
2.1 If yes, replace the faulty disks. If alarm Coffer Disk Is Faulty persists=>[Step3].
2.2 If no=>[Step3].
Step3 Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
This kind of alarm after power supply to OceanStor equipment is suddenly interrupted can appear, for example, when there is a general datacentre failure, and it does not mean the coffer disk is faulty and need tobe replaced.
However, it is recommended to check:
1.-First confirm if a power supply existed.
2.- Check the coffer disk alarm is recovered.
3- Check there are no other alarms
In case of any doubt or just to double check, collect logs and report to the TAC to check in detail.
