HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello.

I'm seeking some help. I recently deployed Oceanstor 9000 V5 and powered on. I'm getting the alarm Device Network Port Has An Overhigh Packet Loss Rate. I have read the product documentation and changed network cables and SFP's but Im still getting the error from all the nodes.

Dear Kemoi,

Have a good day.

If you have 0x40370004 error, here are some possible causes:

  • The work mode of the network port and its peer port do not match.

  • The network cable is not firmly inserted.

  • The network cable is faulty.

  • The network port is faulty.

  • On the IB network, the remote node is offline or there are errors on the network.

If still can not work out please contact local technical support engineers http://e.huawei.com/en/service-hotline .

Thank you.
