[Problem Description]
Customer feedback that there is some critical alarm shown on the Device manager.

Double Confirm with FSE, the disk enclousure is inserted in & out.
[Root Cause]
Customer wrongly insert a new enclousre by mistake, when he pull out the enclousure, the alarm can't be cleared automatically.
[Solution]
need to clear the alarm manually.
