OceanStor 5800 v3 - how many FC ports are usable?

Dear storage_expert,
according to specifications, for Oceanstor OS V3R6 (latest version) limitations are:
8 Gbit/s Fibre Channel port - 36;
16 Gbit/s Fibre Channel port - 28 (if SmartIO interface cards are used).
Maximum number of connected application servers: Fibre Channel ports - 8192.
