Topology:
THe E9000 connected with Oceanstor 5500 V3 storage array and the storage resource had been mapped into E9000 blade.the OS in blade is ESXI 6.0.
Issue:
when custoemr want to migrate one VM thta the migration interrupted.the datastore status is offline in VM.
There is no alarm on Oceanstor 5500 V3 and E9000.

1: ask customer to collect the E9000 logs and storage logs to ***yzed. From the E9000 logs, we founs many information reported as below with red marked, that means the FC link status is not stable
2: From storage logs, we found some back bad error reported.this error means the iSCSI has some problem.
3: checked the disk information, we found the disk sector is 4K.there is compatibility is between Oceanstor 5500 V3R1C20 and 4K disk.
root cause: this site that customer equiped 4K disk in storage Oceastor 5500 V3R1C20. that storage version has a compatibility issue. it will result this issue, please check the detailed information as below:
solution:
1, install patch V300R001C20SPH001 2, Recovery fault page: Force to flash all LUNs. （Developer:/> change lun_fault_page recover lun_id_list=*）
Please run this command for every 4K disk LUNs then issue can be solved.
