Problem Description
The storage device reports an alarm indicating that the controller is damaged.
Cause
The controller is faulty.
Fault Locating Method
1. Search for the keyword controller in the system configuration file DataCollect\System_log\Config\Config.txt. The controller status is fault.
Solution
Replace the faulty controller.
Check After Restoration
1. The alarm is cleared.
2. The controller status is Normal.
