Hello friend Do you have an SNMP card installed in your UPS2000-G? If the SNMP card is installed, then the SNMP card, together with the computer and server security shutdown program (NetShutdown) developed by Huawei Technologies Limited, can automatically and safely shut down computers and servers with NetShutdown installed, thus protecting customers' valuable data and reducing losses. The following figure shows the UPS cable connections.

Hi, You said installed NetShutdown. So this SW its for PC, laptops and servers. But exist any solution for storages? I cant install any SW to storage. Or you think NetShutdown is services which running like server for all equipment. Yes the SNMP card installed Thanks
