OceanStor 2200 V3 ports bond issue

in OceanStor 2200 V3  Currently we bond with two ports, port1 and port2 in both controller and we are facing issue in both controller.

If we disconnect the port1  controller is not reachable from port2. After reconnecting port1 controller notable to reach, after disconnecting the port2 then controller reachable successfully.
