Symptom:
After the server is powered on, a black screen occurs and the server restarts repeatedly. On the iBMC page, alarm clock buffer 1 signals lost is generated.
Diagnosis:
A black screen occurs, the system restarts repeatedly, and the alarm information on the iBMC page is displayed as follows

Causes:
The clock frequency synthesizer needs to be configured each time the system starts. In this case, the configuration may fail even though the possibility is relatively low. Restart the BMC to reconfigure the clock frequency synthesizer.
Solution:
Step 1 Power off the server on the iBMC page, as shown in the following figure.

Step 2 Restart the iBMC, as shown in the following figure.

Step 3 Power on the server on the iBMC page.

Check After Recovery:
Check whether any alarm is generated. If no alarm is generated, the fault is rectified.
