Collecting Run Logs
- Log in to the OMU Portal of the master domain server.
- Choose .
- Set log parameters, as shown below

to the Debug level.
4. Click OK. Log parameters are set successfully.
5. The system automatically records logs when a fault occurs.
Click the Fault Collection tab. The Fault Collection tab page is displayed, as shown below.

7. Select the faulty module whose fault information needs to be collected and click Start Collecting.
8. After the fault information is collected successfully, clickto download the fault information to a local PC.
- The fault information is compressed into the a .zip package. Decompress the package to extract the log folder and config folder. The log folder stores the log information and the config folder stores the configuration information.
- The log folder consists of the
following sub folders:
- debug folder: stores debug logs.
- interface folder: stores interface logs.
- operation folder: stores operation logs.
- run folder: stores run logs.
- security folder: stores security logs.
9. After the fault information
is downloaded, choose Setting, drag ![]()
to the Informational level, and click
OK to save the settings.
