Equipment involved:
Smart AX MA5606T
software Version: V800R005C23B118
After the sub module swap (from GP1A to O2GN) on the Main control board (MCUA), the NE is not able todetect the new module installed.
After tried the following steps:
- System reset
- Hardware replacement
- Collect debug information
we discovered that the issue was caused by a database/configuration conflict.
The situation has been restored after a "flash erase" command, taking back the MA5606T to the factory configuration.
