NVR6128 cannot log in to NVR Management after restarting

After restarting the NVR6128, I cannot log in to the NVR Management. Ping the IP of the NVR6128 to find that it can be pinged. Log in to the SUSE of NVR6128 and found that the firewall has been turned on automatically. Right-click on the desktop, select "Open in Terminal", and enter "chkconfig firewall off" to turn off the firewall. The firewall will not be turned on automatically after the system restarts next time.

Please, how to solve this issue.
