This topic describes how to deal with the problem that NVR shows offline but camera shows online.

Problem description

The customer said that the NVR shows offline but the camera shows online.

Product type: VCN510

Version: V100R002C30SPC207.

Problem analysis

The 2018-06-12 log shows that the disk is offline. After the offline log, the information in the disk configuration/share/init.d/raid1table is lost. (The current version has been fixed. It will not happen again after the upgrade is completed.) May 11, 2019 upgrade the version completed, the configuration file is detected at startup, and the device is repeatedly restarted due to information loss, which is probabilistic offline.

Root cause

The version issue (V100R002C30SPC200).

Solution description

The new version has fixed this issue.

And the customer has upgraded the version to the latest version.
